Fix Perl Script and other task to create ftp script

Hi,

We have a Perl cgi script that was moved from one server to ours. When we post to the script it does execute the code (write info to file and emails contents of form), but the user that submits the form immeditaely gets a download file request (the file when downloaded contains the thank you message). Whats suppose to happen is the user should be seeing the thank you message on the screen. We have various forms that use the smae script so once the script is fixed, all the forms should work.

Budget is $30 max.
