Log file parser

Have written a Perl script to parse a log files. Output works although I require some small changes to the output as it outputs a partial data from each line of input, not the full line.
If it is possible to output a file to intel-hex that would be even better with a custom start address.
I may move this along to a windows app where the log can be opened, a start address for intel-hex file entered and then intel-hex file saved. At the moment it is command line based Perl script.

This could be classed as a micro or simple project. Depending on if we move to a small Windows app.
