Help me focus on my tasks via live video conference calls

Job Description:
Working remotely, i am looking for LIVE virtual assistance via Zoom to help me focus on the right things.
This means: we have a working session of 2 hours (European daytime), I work on my tasks (I'll name you three outcomes I want to achieve). I share my entire screen - and you remind me to get back to my focus task if I lose focus.
Concretely, you would actively ask "how does what you are currently doing contribute to the goal we are working on?" // "it seems you are doing something different to what you intended earlier?" // "are you still 100% focused on your main task right now?"
Requirements are great reliability and punctuality, good verbal communications, good concentration to figure out what i'm doing, and a stable internet connection for video calls.
