I would like to have a Turkish-speaking virtual secretary with very good communication skills for answering the phone during Turkey office hours for our Turkish customers. She will provide basic information regarding my company ([url removed, login to view]) and also inform them on our payment options.
Manytimes it happens that people who fill the registration form to enroll to our sevices ask us to call them, because they prefer a live conversation with someone regarding our company's services and payment options. Therefore the virtual secretary will need to make some phone calls as well to provide that information. Currently those outgoing calls are not more than five or six per day.
All telephone bills will be paid by us of course. The virtual secretary can work from her home. Very good English skills is also a requirement.
