Need Blog Post Designer (layout posts)

Hi there. I need to make this clear because some of the bids seems to have misread this job. I am going to give you the blog post - I need you to lay it out with nice titles, icons, and big graphics that all push the blog post. It's the post that I need you to "install" on my blog. I know how to write it out.. I know how to publish but I need a designer to take it over the top. I'm looking for a "go-to" person who can layout some massive blog posts. What I'm looking for: 1. I am looking to give you a "word" document that is 20 to 30 pages. 2. Then, I need you to lay it out in Wordpress. 3. I would like it to look like: a. Styling with Nice Titles Throughout. b. Styling with Nice Tables with Web 2.0 Colors c. Nice Big Graphics that really push what we're talking. d. Add Nice Boxes, Icons, Etc.. 4. Then, add a nice button on the side widget that will link to the new post. When you hover over the button - it will highlight. This is a simple html graphic swap.. We'll start with one first, and then, give you one per week! ---For the first one, I would like you to lay it out on your server first. Then, I'll give you a few edits and ideas but hopefully, you can do this with little direction. If you need examples of posts that I'm talking about - I will give those to you. BUT I'm hoping that in your bid - you can provide me with examples of really nice "how to" guides that are laid out superbly. ---If you need access to the CSS file - etc - you will have the FTP and CPANEL and WORDPRESS login for this project as well.
