Birthday invitation PSD project

I am looking for someone to create a birthday invitation using layers in Photoshop. The layers must be editable. I have 3 kids and their birthdays are all just a few months apart and would like to use this idea for all my kids. We plan on having their birthday parties at the movie theater this year and think it would be neat to send out invitations that look like movie tickets. The child's name, age, date of party etc... must all be editable in PSD layers so that I can simply change that information for each of my kids before I print the invitations. I am attaching a sample here of what I would kind of like. I will provide the image to use on the invitation. Invitation sizes are to be 2"x6". Please respond with your bid. I must list the project with a minimum of $30, however, I don't think something like this is very hard at all and would think $5-$10 is a more appropriate range. If this works out well I would likely want Christmas invitations and other similar things done in the future.
