Need an Image created

I have an image that's a hodge podge/cut up of several graphics. I need this recreated as a graphic that's scalable (and not pixelated when you zoom) preferably saved/sent back to me in a .PNG. The numbers in the upper right, I'd like to have better blended into the sunset so they're visible as the sunlight gradient goes from light to dark (e.g. numbers should go from dark to light opposite of the gradient palette). Looking to pay $100 for the work.
