Photo Background PSD

Retired senior whose hobby is photography. Almost never happy with the backgrounds of my photos. I want to learn everything I can about making backgrounds in Photoshop. I have some Photoshop skills but it takes too long to learn Photoshop. I am a visual learner hence I need things labeled.
I will be making high resolution images of subjects against the artificial backgrounds.
I use Photoshop CC Classic. I want to have a PSD file with the following features
All layers should be clearly labeled.
Capability of processing high resolution images.
A Background Layer
A folder in the Layers Panel containing each of the sample backgrounds provided.
I will be adding more as I learn the skill.
A Colors Layer
A folder in the Layers Panel containing each Primary Color, Secondary Color, and Tertiary Color on its own layer. That is a total of 12 colors/12 Layers.
A borders Layer
A folder in the Layers Panel for each type of border. Leave room for future additions.
Am I missing any features?
Instructions: A PSD with layers labeled so I know the layer's purpose. I want to make my own backgrounds as in the sample backgrounds and color match the background to the subject. I believe they are called Grunge Backgrounds.
I will entertain any of your ideas for improvements. I am sure you will have ideas which I have not thought of.
Document any necessary instructions.
I want to own this file to use as my own for my pictures whether for Personal or Commercial use. No requirements to "Link Back", "Give Credit", "Notify...", etc.
