Photoshop a picture

I'm looking for a talented Photoshop professional to perform some photo editing on an existing image. In particular, I need help removing a couple of people from the picture, and then replacing them with two separate subjects whose images I will provide. Additionally, I need color correction and background removal for the image.
I do have some design ideas in mind for the picture, though I am open to any suggestions you might have. I will provide the source images for the people to be put together. I am having this made for custom cuff links (see attached photo of cuff links for reference). Thanks!
