3D render the image with Lighting and Materials as in attached image in 1 Day

I have attached two images. One has lighting and surface materials/reflections reference. Other has layout and objects reference.
The image which has dining is to be exactly setup with lighting, floor and wall refernce from other image(which has statue)
I would need it to be done in 3ds Max with V-Ray.
I need 3ds max project file and JPG image.
In the image with dining setup, painting is square. You will have to change:
color and material of walls per the other image
floor exactly as per the other image
Consider ceiling height to be 11 Ft. minimum
Give three Painting orientations, Square, wide 3x2, vertical 3x4.
So you will provide three JPG images, with exactly same setup, but different painting orientations.
I would like to see preview before you start with final renders.
