I want to establish a customer/ client system that sit in the Admin panel of magento. To do this I need a developer to build me such a system that when a man put credit card details in magento one checkout page - payment is entered in the fields of credit card and actually entered automaton to my account on PayPal - or, if he enters PayPal account information- then (if there is confirmation by PayPal that the money was received in my account) automaton script creates a username and password to the email he stated on the customer's one checkout page at magento, and send email for user that the account was created with his username and password in it. Address to the second system I build- client login system- (I will give the developer the address) need to be there too.
The system need to sit in the magento database
I need to be able to install the "client system" as an extension. Easy and simple.
Magento system must have an area where I can see all the registered customers and there details. I should see the following in a table:
1. Customer's Name and last name
2. Phone Number
4. Buyer paid by what? paypal or credit card (must be shown PayPal account of his email). If the customer paid by credit card - should be presented four last digits)
5. Date and time of purchase
I need to have the following options:
1. The product that I provide is renewed in annual or monthly. I need this option it will be sent an automatic e-mail client license renewal 10 days before its license expires. If the customer did not renew license - the customer's login information will be deleted automatically from the database (but the name of the user and his email will remain in database-again - no login details (username+password) are in the database management system for customers)
2. I will be able to delete customers. customers can be deleted completely (even from the database).
3. I need to be able to change the names, phone number or email address (it will be synchronized with the database if I change it in the "client system")
4. Possibility of sending an email from me to all customers with a single click, or, deliver message to one email address

when i create new product, i must to have new option to select. its like the "downloadable packge" idea but not downloadable. it is monthlly and yearlly renew product. so i need there to be one more option calld "renew product" and there i can choose if i want monthlly or yearlly renew for the product. automaticlly or by manual. it must to be there.
also, the extension must behave as usual with the rest of the system rather than sticking adding other products.
In addition, I need to be able to install the extension on other Magento systems. Includes instructions on how to do it.
The process that the script will do:
1. the first step is that the user choose this product to buy and he goes to my one page checkout (that ill buy separately or if you can get me discount and include it on the system cuz i can buy it for 34$. look here to see the one page checkout page: https://www.kirnazabete.com/checkout/onepage/) , and then he choose to pay with credit card or paypal. when he choose to pay with credit card or paypal and he enter his card or paypal details and click the "pay" button to pay- the payment goes, enter and inserted automaticlly into my paypal account and after confirmation from paypal that the transaction is ok- the script will create user privilages for the user for my other database (and system) and give him by mail (to the email he wrote in the one page checkout) his username and password permissions to enter the other (not magento) system.
2. also the trensaction must be display in the magento Purchases area as well as the "Client system" area i mention in my project page.
