I need a page included in a CodeCharge project I have. I have attached a Word document with a detailed description. Basically I have an example page setup. All the MySql tables are defined. I have an example upload also including the source. I need it to upload the files like the example and then store a row for each uploaded file into a MySql table. That's it. If you know an easier upload tool that would be fine also. Please see the attached before bidding to make sure you understand it. I will supply a CodeCharge project with all the info and pages setup.
