I'm looking into having a custom CRM developed to manage our company. There are a few options out there for us to use but none of them do everything we need or they just don't work well. I'd like to get something like [url removed, login to view] built in-house with a few extra features added.
We need a web based CRM application for running our IT services business.
Support ticket system - clients should be able to submit a ticket online and techs should be able to respond to these tickets. Response times should be tracked.
Scheduling system - Open support tickets should be able to be scheduled for a technician visit. Managers should be able to see a schedule overview to see all technician's schedules
Invoicing - Parts and labor should be able to be billed against a support ticket. The client should be able to pay this online in the customer portal using Paypal Website Payments Pro
Client accounts should be able to have multiple contacts - preferrably with different levels of users.
Integration with Exchange or Outlook calendars is a major plus. I would prefer using EWS to sync calendars.
A mobile version of the site for technician use would also be an added benefit however is not necessary at first. I would like the ability to add additional features at a later date so a plugin system for features may be a good way to go.
