We are a home tutor sourcing company based out of India and for our teacher-student management, we have bought Self-host version of CreativePro Office ([url removed, login to view]).
CreativePro Office is build on the Codeigniter PHP framework and should be fairly simple for an experienced PHP developer to modify.
We need following changes and features to be added to CreativePro Office:
1. To fix some minor bugs.
2. To customize the interface according to requirement (screenshot will be supplied).
3. In current version, we are not able to search "My Team", according to their tags and other parameters, but this is possible in case of Clients. We need this feature for "My Team" too.
4. Need to add an extra field in the user profile of "My team", this field will contain the availability of the teacher/user on weekly/ monthly basis along with time.
5. According to the above field which will be added to the teacher/ user profile, and according to the tags associated with teacher/user and client, one should be able to add a project to client on teacher availability basis. i.e. while attaching a teacher to client's project, it should only show those teachers who are free for teaching.
6. Adding "view" button to the teacher/ user and client profile, currently, we can only view those detail in edit mode.
7. Customize the e-mail templates.
8. Few minor customization need to be done.
