Limo Booking component for Joomla 1.7/2.5

I'm looking for an experienced Joomla developer to create a limo booking component and following up updates, upgrades and support (will be paid separately).

Component creation is a test project of MVC structure, Ajax and SQL abilities.

The project requires:

* MVC structure

* Backend/Frontend interface

* Online payment getaways as plugins (PayPal included, other payment getaways will be added as separate projects)

Price calculation for booking using the following parameters:

-point of interest

-airport

-hotel

-postcode

-cruise terminal

-train station

Next is numbers of passengers in the party.

For example a booking/quote is made for a trip for 3 persons from Heathrow to Park Lane Hotel.

The operator needs to set up fixed prices between destinations NOT based on mileage.

Next, he needs to price according to the number of passengers making a booking & also if there is a return.

Thus, if it is one person going from Heathrow to Park Lane then the fixed price is $25, for 2 passengers it is $30 & a 3rd passenger, the price is $32.50.

The pricing increase must be set based on % sliding scale (which the operator must set) of the original price for 1 passenger.

Arithmetically if $25 is for the first passenger and an increase for second passenger is 20%, 3rd passenger 30%, then the price for the second passenger is $25 * 1.2 = $30 and the 3rd passenger is $25 * 1.3 = $32.50.

For a return, he must be able to set reduced price by say $5 to $20 for the first passenger.

The % changes remains the same. Thus, the whole calculation for a return for the above example is

: first passenger $25 + $20 = $45 for a return

: 2 passengers $25 * 1.2 = $30 for the outbound leg + $20 * 1.2 = $24. Total price is $25 + $24 = $49 for a return

: 3 passengers $25 * 1.3 = $32.50 for the outbound leg + $20 * 1.3 = $26. Total price is $32.50 + $26 = $58.50 for a return

Backend options should contain:

* Calculation setup

* Orders & change order status: waiting, accepted, rejected, archive

* Order history - searchable archive

* Drivers table & driver details - assign driver to order

* -point of interest

-airport

-hotel

-postcode

-cruise terminal

-train station

Set up of the above & price set up between destinations

* Email templates (order details + driver assigned + company logo and details) - automatic emails to customer on order status change (preferably PDF invoice generation for customers).

I can provide you with database structure ideas, samples and guidelines from a different booking component (some of the code may be used). Let me know if you would like to see this other component before you bid.
