php mysql ajax developer required to create youtube video section on Q&A website

I have a Q&A website and i need feature added to it. I want youtube video section created there by the following instructions: - We get video ids of top 10 videos based on youtube search for title keywords - We show top 3 videos, sorted by (helpful, random) order - We track % video watched. [login to view URL] [^] - helpful votes = (watched% * 10) - 5 - each time we save helpful data add +1 to helpful of unseen videos (we have 7 unseen). We will have to experiment with helpful votes equation to add more or less votes to adjust how agressively we want new videos tried. This method should mean all videos continue to compete but good videos filter up to top, yet bottom video position will be replaced by unseen videos. There will be a need to work with the helpful votes equation to see that it is adding the right number of votes so we do try new videos every so often but new videos dont clobber bottom positions, unless they really are not relavent to question. 1% of the time we should query youtube again to see if new videos show for our search. Replace most unhelpful videos with new videos. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If at any time you need to put a query to the database inside of an existing loop or a loop you create, you MUST get our approval FIRST.
