6780 Basic php Website

I need a basic book website designed for my client. I already have the design completed and sliced. I just need someone to integrate the text that I have, add a membership section, newsletter, integrate [login to view URL] shopping cart, and a blog. She should be able to manage the membership, send newsletter, and manage products for sale from the admin section. This is a very basic website.
