24772 Members Area Script.

Hi, I need a script that will allow registered persons to access a members only area where they can view articles and have access to other things posted by the admin. This script should have the following features: ] For the Admin: Can view all members and all information on members such as name, ip address and other contact information. Can edit, delete, suspend, approve and disapprove all members. Can contact each member. Can send out newsletters to all members. Can post articles and announcements along with attachments for members to download. For members: Can read articles and announcements posted by the admin. Can also download attachments posted by the admin. Can email the admin. As you can see this is a very basic/simpl script. I am looking for a programmer who has this script already made. If you have this script I would like to see a demo of it. Thank you.
