18764 PHP Write to passwd (htaccess)

I require two files that will write and delete a $username and md5($password) to a passwd file in .htpassword (apache server). As the script will be adding/removing these as time goes on, it needs to add it and delete it line per line such as the correct format: user:md5 hash password user2:md5 hash password user3:md5 hash password NOTHING EXTRA IS NEEDED. This is a simple project for a programmer who know how to write line per line. You do not need to include fopen or write permissions as it is already done. I just need the two files (or sections on one file seperated by ///// as I will be placing this into my own script. Just post your bida dn QUESTIONS in the PMB.
