One thing that I know for sure that this codes is unique for a video and doesn't change like the other hash (255c6fb0a6a5e9d9dfd2c695f1c3c80c). I don't know where to get that codes. If you examine that tvshack URL, you'll found their jwplayer use this URL: [login to view URL] as a flv source file. That link is generating that zShare stream URL and redirect the jwplayer request to there. So, your job is to create that kind of script and make sure it works on jwplayer that played on IE, Opera and Chrome.
