I have a dedicated server with Plesk control panel, last week there was an automatic update of Plesk and this changed my server settings ... on this server I have a website based on CMS Osclass, in practice now I can not access the site as an administrator (Osclass control panel) and as a user, the site does not recognize username and password.
I posted my problem on the forum Plesk, and they said this:
I think the problem is that cannot write sessions, check if this was altered.
It is 2 way to see.
1. If the site was running as apache module, then change to CGI module and in PHP settings add in session path /tmp
2. if is already CGI module, check if write in /tmp and if yes, then /tmp for some reason is not public writeable.
I am looking for someone to solve this problem.
The site on this server has always worked very well, only after upgrading Plesk started having this problem.
I also tried to reinstall the site, but nothing.. I also installed only Osclass but it does not work, I have always the same problem...
The site on my local server works fine.
