Church Website Re-Design

A church is looking to re-design their current site - http://agape-cm.org. I am a designer and will be doing ALL of the design/layout aspect of the new site. I need to contract a programmer to do all of the functionality with the site. The site will need to built out in 100% CSS/XHTML in either .php, .asp, or .net. It needs to be super clean code with the latest techniques. I will design and give direction and you build out the site. Either I can slice up the images, or if you prefer to, you can. Once the "main frame" is built, I will import content into the STATIC pages, so you will only need to be concerned with the pages that require functionality. Please review the site. Some of the items will include:
Content Management System (CMS) - specifically for events, but may cover more areas, such as banner ads
E-Commerce - to sell their books and CD's
Audio - to select which songs to listen to (see website)
Forms (see website)
Flash or some photo slide show effects (see website)
Basically they want the content on their site but they want a new look and much better functionality. They are growing and they wish have their website grow.
Please provide only FIVE url's of examples with e-commerce and backend admin or cms. If you have flash experience, please provide that as well. I'd like to see examples of all of the elements listed, if possible. Please only provide your TOP FIVE sites.
