Need a toolbar program that combines the functions of (or can integrate with) a software like AlarmWiz ([url removed, login to view]) and GiveBar interface shown with the attachment. Basically toolbar software application that is installed by a user on their computer. A one inch (1") display that sits out of the way, at the bottom of the screen, and displays local coupons/specials and client logo while users work on their computer. Here's the idea in a nutshell: A business or organization will give the software to their customer or members. The toolbar will serve the purpose of providing local discounts to merchants and businesses within just a few miles of the business. Additionally, it will provide direct business-to-consumer access via email, forum, and chat destinations. The functionality of the toolbar program will be for the consumer to undertake Search Engine capabilities, view local discount programs, and schedule alarms/events. For the business, they can promote their business thru banner ads, communicate directly with customers via chat, forum, or email; send an alarm or alert when an business event is to occur to a network of members/customers. If needed, will purchase and upload AlarmWiz software to server. Would require integration, and customization of headers and configurations. Need simple interface developed. More details are attached. Please be certain to read and understand the project before bidding. Ask questions. When in doubt... ask.
