Need functionality added to existing (MS Access) site to pick from a list of canned Word docs from a drop-down list, select the doc, edit it, add a title, data and some other particulars which are updated in the DB. Then the title of the word doc would become a link that would lead back to the doc for viewing. For example, create a form containing several fields as mentioned above one of which would be a drop-down list of canned Word docs (residing in a dir on the web server). Then to add a document to the database, one would open this form complete the fields (date, title, description, etc) and select a canned document from the drop-down list, edit it and then submit it to the DB with the title linked to the doc itself. Then is a query were ran on it would bring up a list of docs where the title was a link back to the doc.
