Full time coder for 2 months or more*

I'm looking for a full time coder for at least 2 months, maybe more if the coder have good skills (in this case more coders will be engaged and you will have to manage the team). The world work will be explaned through MSN, remember you will be engaged for a duration, not for a project. I will be available a maximum to help the coder understanding the existing work. At the beginning, every day the work of the day will be reviewed and the coder will be paid for that day. After 7-14 days, code will be reviewed once a week and the coder will be paid for the week. This is in order to reduce both buyer and coder risks. I would prefer Indian/Pakistan/... coders because of the time zone. **Coder _must_ have those skills :** - Must speak very good english, french is not mandatory but would be appreciated, even if not perfectly spoken (some comment could remains in french). - Excellent at ASP.NET 2.0 using C#, Controls, Localization, MasterPages, Themes, WebServices (both client and server) - Excellent at XHTML - Excellent at mySQL under InnoDB (knowlege of database optimisations (indexes, ...), Foreign Keys, Transaction (in a C# code) - Excellent at CSS - Good at JavaScript - Basic knowlegde of XML could be enough - Understanding Subversion version control - Average design knowledge - Be very rigorous - ComponentArt controls knownledge would be appreciated Basic framework is done, coder work will consist in terminating the website. So the source code **_must_** be kept secret. You will have to provide invoices for each payment you will receive. For each programming day you will receive $40 at the beginning, which will grow up fastly to $80 once you will well understand the existing code. Managing period will be paid at least $100, according to your managing skills. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Website will run under a loadbalanced Windows Server 2003 dealing with a mySQL database cluster running under Linux. The website will be viewable under both IE **_7_** and Mozilla Firefox (last version).
