I need a site designing which has similar functions to [login to view URL] and other similar price comparison sites (although for a completely different niche). The aim of the site is for businesses to get quotes from other businesses for particular products and services.
If a visitor wants to receive quotes, they select the relevant service/product, and then complete an online form which includes contact details and information about their requirements. The form is then emailed to relevant service providers that provide the service/product in the area required. An email should also be sent to the visitor, confirming the details and explaining what happens next, i.e. they will be contacted by the following companies.....
The site will need a number of different contact forms, as each form should be relevant to the particular product or service required and therefore collect slightly different information.
Service Providers should be able to create an account and select which services they provide, and in which areas. The service provider should be able to limit the number of leads, or value or leads that they receive in a given period (day, week or month). The service provider should also be able to easily pause and restart their account at any point – for example, if they are too busy to deal with any more leads or are short staffed.
It should be possible to apply some kind of discount on the lead prices for companies that accept more leads (i.e. they wish to buy leads for more product/service types and in more locations).
Contact details of users should be stored so they can be sent emails/newsletter regarding promotions, new products/services, industry news, etc.
Send emails to service providers stating number of quote requests sent in the past month in their area, neighbouring areas, and their service areas, with the aim of encouraging them to purchase more leads.
The website should incorporate some form of payment system to bill service providers for the leads that they receive. This is something I would need to investigate and discuss further as I am not 100% sure what the best options are.
The design should include a Content Management System so we can quickly and easily add new content to the site.
