QuickBooks and GoldMine Link

I am interested in developing a program which integrates between GoldMine BCM and QuickBooks Cdn edition. The program must have similar functionality to the program described in the attachment. Please review the attachment and reply with your questions. In short, although not limited to, the program must be able to: - Allow for synchroization of information between the two databases (customer information, estimates/quotes, sales, etc) - Allow for the creation of new customers and sales. - Allow for real-time reading of the QuickBooks database to purposes of filtering and merging in GoldMine. - Perform all the functionality listed the attached document. I am open to your ideas, whether they are related to programming language, functionality, etc. Please bid only if you have experience developing for QuickBooks AND/OR GoldMine. I would prefer you used QuickBooks sdk 2.1 (or 3.0) using XML and GoldMine's API for DDE and DLL programming. If you would like to use GoldMine's GM+Views feature, please let me know how and if this is possible. The development language can be either Visual Basic or .Net (VB). I would prefer that you did not use any 3rd party components, but if need be please indicate the possibility now. It is very important that QuickBooks not need to be installed on the client computers! Please indicate if this is possible and if not, how the client workstation would need to be setup.
