URGENT - Website and Domain Transfer

Hello, im looking for a new webdeveloper for continious work! The first project is a very urgent project: You need to transfer my existing website including its database to a new server. You must be an expert in HTML, CSS MysQL and ASP! You must advise me on the process of moving my domain and you must move the whole website including its database to the new server! Everything must function as before. There is a newsletter database attached to it as well as some autoresponder emails but thats about it! Eitherway it should not be too much work to just make the transfer! After accepting the bid, you must have UPLOADED THE WHOLE WEBSITE including its database in 24 hours to either a server of your own (and that transfer it again to my server) or directly to my server! The reason I say upload to your server first is that i dont know if my server will work because i dont know much about that database things! This will be a continous project with lots of work to follow and you can make some consistent income regularly with the projects that follow!
