I just had some create a payment IVR for me that uses speech to txt and DTMF tone ports from lumenvox software to translate customer entries and voice responces into VOIP IVR.
He did not fully complete installation and would like for someone to finish for me.
1. A part of the IVR requires voice or touch tone inputs to create payment amount. The system can not accurately recognize payment amount if spoken. The system will recognize DTMF but not spoke words. The system will reconize spoken word in other parts of IVR but not this part.
2. I have 3 port on the IVR bought from lumenvox. It seem that the system only allow 3 callers at one time. It should only use ports that are being used at that moment. I feel as if my previous provider did not make good use of the ports. I would like you to check to see if ports are being dropped after being used.
3. I also need system to log any calls that get dropped due to lack of ports.

hi. so as expected u not get what u want. "The system can not accurately recognize payment amount if spoken" - this probalby can't be fixed if u want do it full sum, can be done digit-by-digit.
