Android development involving PUSH implementation (1769011)

Dear developer, i have a network distributed microblog. I would like to develop a mobile app for Android that can received new updates from the microblog in realtime. (between 0.5 - 5 seconds from server app send to phone app response time.) For the web API, i would like to use JSON. If you are interested, please post your interest and share your experience in implementing a PUSH solution. (Please state what is the framwork/protocol/service used for the PUSH implementation that you have done) Please be clear as priority will be given to developer who has done similar project before. Also please indicate whether you have any experience with " Cloud To Device Messaging" or XMPP implementation? If yes, please share your experience.
