I need a simple C++/QT toolkit application that can respond to 2 outside inputs (buttons) and display a centered (possibly transparent) dialog box. The application is a simple "volume" adjustment knob application. When a user presses a user defined button the application will display a centered dialog box with a progress bar at the bottom, and the volume percentage in text at the top. The dialog box will be sized based on the overall screen resolution at approximately 50% (X/2 by Y/2) [example: a 640x480 display would render a dialog box of 320x240]. The code required will be C/QT toolkit based, and will possibly feature alpha transparency. An optional premium may be paid to provide PNG support.
