Write a matrix calculator. Must be able to handle the addition and multiplication of 2 matrices. To make things easier, it will only be required to handle the following situations:

Addition of two 2 X 2 matrices

Addition of two 3 X 3 matrices

Multiplication of two 2 X 2 matrices

Multiplication of two 3 X 3 matrices

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

I don't know what that means. I just need the source code. AND IT HAS TO WORK OF COURSE. With the specifications of that web page. This is from chapter six of my workbook so there can't be anything too complex, etc...
