Ebay Shipping Label

Need a solution to print labels for ebay items only "awaiting shipment". So may be using one of the ebay API's to make a call and convert the address into pdf format to print. Once the label is printed have an option to mark the item as shipped. I dont mind what technology u use. But would prefer a C# application or a PHP solution. Need the solution as soon as possible. Do let me know as soon as possible as its quite urgent project. Regards Harmeet Sandhu
