MFC 6.0 Print Preview and View Layout

We need a ViewPageLayout class in MFC 6.0 that behaves the same way the View Page Layout in MS Word does. That is, it should allow the user to edit a document in the rich edit control while displaying the headers and footers and page boundary. The parameters used should be, at a minimum:Header left, Header Center, Header Right, Footer Left, Footer Center, Footer Right, Page size, Margins. We also need a PrintPreview class that will accept the same information and dsiplay a preview of the document as it will be printed. The deliverable should be a sample executable editor that has a View Page Layout mode and a Print Preview option and all source code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform ME, XP, NT, 2k
