194380 Offline Limo Book and invoice

We require a system which builds up a database of locations and the prices for journeys to them. We need to enter journey bookings and appoint them to a driver then crate a commision account for the driver and an invoice for the client. We alos need to keep driver records and have a warning when records need updating. We need to be able to update bookings and make amendments which are somtimes unique. Rates need to be based on Car type and price of journey rather than distance and be easy enough to update without too much trouble. System must be capapble of adding sales tax when needed. Need to be able to enter credit card data which can eventually be charged via worldpay. ( A system which carries over the data is sufficiant) Also eventual online access by clients and drivers to check bookings or accounts. Most of the fields we require are featured in the program : [login to view URL] Our main difference is we need to be able to alter prices for each vehicle type and charge our drivers commision and sales tax on the commision. We also need to have an invoice with our logo on. We also need a daily alert for credit cards which have not been charged.
