I do not even know if this is possible. We currently use Outlook Express 6 for our email client. We receive our orders from our credit card processing company via email. I am able to download the orders(which we do) but they do not contain the field for customer comments. These comments are contained within the email. I would like a program that scans a particular folder in my inbox. (We drag all orders to a temporary folder until we process them) and the program should detect any message with text in the fieild and allow me to view the whole email. (Similar to the find in OE). The messages with a comment would have a snippet like this: Shipping: 1.99 Total: 4.88 Comments &/or Special Instructions: Please put a visible note on the package that reads, "Love ya, ma. Heather" Credit Card Authorization was successful Where as if no comment it would look like this: Subtotal: 19.89 Shipping: 1.99 Total: 21.88 Comments &/or Special Instructions: Please add any comments here. Credit Card Authorization was successful As you can see the text appears between "Please add any comments here." or " Comments &/or Special Instructions:" and "Credit Card Authorization was successful" The "Please add any comments here." is the default, so it appears on most emails if they do not fill in that field but if they delete it, it does not appear.
