I need a web based event management system, configured and branded.
Using a central Database you must be able to create new events... i.e. Marys Wedding, Billys Party...
The events must be saved and indexed
On each Event we need the following functions
Need to select invites from DB
Email each delegate an invitation using an embedded email from template with picture also, email all chosen delagets for that Event. Ability to print an individual invitation for manual sending
Delegate can click to confirm several requirements (dietary etc) response form created from within Event page.
System builds attendance list/non attendance list and pending list. Email to admin when a reply is received.
If delegate tries to confirm again, option to change mind.
Email a "Supplier" list showing requirements, invite to quote from Supplier section of DB, i.e. AV supplier, Catering Supplier etc
Must be secure admin login with user management, create / manage users.
