Apartment Rental Web Service

The task is to implement a web portal for home rental service. The portal lets any registered user list an apartment to rent it out or find an apartment to rent. The web portal becomes a gateway where hosts and guest may communicate and where the whole database of apartments may be accessed.. Please take istopovercom as a prototype. To shorten development time we may provide an existing commercial CMS as a framework for development. The project includes but may be not limited to: - creating rental-property database - implementing registration & authorization of users - integration with social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LiveJournal) - creating the timeline made of portal events (user A sent a message to user B OR user C added a new apartment listing) - implementing the CMS (managing the contents, moderating user requests) - support for the Russian language - basic design The core features of the prototype ([login to view URL]) should be used as a benchmark when implementing the project.
