Custome website, with little flash for pictures

I am looking for someone to build me a website with a simple layout on the home page and around 5 subpages. Home Page- This site is to promote a home builder. I have several high res pictures that I would like to have flash on the home page with an option to click on them and scroll through them. I already have a logo designed. I want the site to have a clean cut contemporary look with the color scheme to match our logo. I need to have a space to write good content about the company and have 5 main links for the subpages. Subpages- **About us- A simple about us page with a blog look and feel, that has a picture column. **Services-We perform several different services, I would like to have on the left side of page a list of services that link to landing pages on that specific service that is offered. **Blog Page- Just a simple blog that gives updates and pictures of current jobs. I need it to create a landing page for each new blog that is written. I would like the URL to look like [login to view URL] **Contact Us-Easy to use fill out email box that sends us the email once it is submitted, also a column that has listing of address and phone for our office. **Gallery-Just a easy to use page that lets you scroll through pictures of service offered. This could be the location that the flash pulls the pictures from on the the home page
