Simple Application for Web Form to PDF Submission
The way that the application will have to function is this:
Customer Goes to our site [url removed, login to view] Then clicks any of the "Apply Now" Buttons, then:
Customers enters Legal Name --> Legal Name has to get stored into database --> Legal Name gets populated into the interactive PDF (attached)
Customers enters Address --> Address is stored into database --> Address gets populated into the PDF , etc.
This should be completed for all of the fields.
We need 3 pages created, using our existing template, for the "Learn More" links. These pages will show the customer complete rates and fees in 2 columns. These rates will be standardized based on which type of account the customer is applying for. Each will have a detailed pricing structure.
When someone clicks continue from the "Learn More" page they are taken to the "Apply Now" page of that type of account (retail,e-commerece/MOTO). The customer then starts filling out their personal information, the fees get automatically populated into the database at the end based on the type of account (retail, e-commerce, mail order/telephone order) chosen.
We also need a simple function created which will allow us to create a promo code from our side, which exists only for a 1 hour session from the time its generated. This promo code will allow large clients to receive customized pricing by entering this promo code outside of the static scope of rates. This Preferred pricing is negotiated on a personal basis via phone or in person but we still want to drive them to our site to do fill out the actual application.
This project can be done in 3 days by anyone with previous PDF integration experience. We look forward to speaking with you.
