Please show me a demo you have or explain very well what your Web based email support can do.
I have my own domain email but i want emails to be replied by a set of freelancers working from different locations.
All emails (from customers) will come like in 1 big pool and the freelancers will look at them and respond to the emails he feels he's qualified to answer. So all those freelancers see the inbox online and pick the mails they wish to reply on.
System must be stable so 2 people can't reply same email.
- I want to keep track of number of emails sent by each freelancer
- Each RE: in the inbox will have a color or ID tag to make it easier for the freelancer busy with it to reply if he is able to. If he's not able to do so he needs to "untag" the email so any other freelancer can process it.
- I want each email that is being sent to have a url at the bottom stating something like: "please rate my answer...this will determine how much i get paid". This will bring customer to a webpage where he can quickly rate the answer he got. All this track is kept within freelancers individual accounts.
- I need a master login for myself.
- Admin panel for settings
If you have such please show me demo and inform me about price. My email is just smtp based etc and my host provides unlimited bandwith and almost unlimited space too. So probably this might be done by php?
