Survey of machine tool DRO (digital readout) suppliers

I would like someone with technical knowledge to gather data from 10 specified manufacturers of DRO (digital readouts for milling machines, lathes etc.), to organize that data and to create a comparison chart for all models from all makers. You will need to have some technical knowledge of such devices since the terminology will vary somewhat from one maker to another-- please do not bid unless you have such knowledge. NOTE: All the information can be gathered passively over the internet (no e-mails or phone calls required). Website URLs are provided. The data required for each model from each maker is any sell sheets/data sheets, instruction manuals (you may have to go to support or other sections to download) and service manuals (if available). If pdfs are not available, use Firefox/Mozilla to save html. I would like the data organized in a folder with ten sub-folders, one for each maker, each containing however many models they offer. Only multi-axis types for machine tool use need be considered. The folder can then be zipped up (it will be too large to e-mail) and put on a server for my access (free services such as idrive or xdrive can be used). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win2K/XP
