I am trying to implement vTiger CRM ([url removed, login to view]) as a crm solution for our company. Right now, our only requirement is that we need our ticketing system to be able to keep track of how long a technician takes to create a ticket.
I have looked at TSTimesheet ([url removed, login to view]) and it does just about everything that we need. The only thing that we require is that the Timesheet Stopwatch be integrated with the ticket, so that time is automatically tracked the second that a user clicks "Create Ticket"; and automatically selects and saves the timestamp information.
We are trying to start a call center, and we bill our client companies by the minute. We need to be able to automatically track and report on the time it takes for our technicians to complete tickets, so that we may bill accordingly. This projects just entails the integration of the TSTimesheet with the ticketing system of vTiger CRM so that time is tracked seamlessly behind the scenes.
