Design Drupal Template

Hi I require a new clean compliant template developing as I plan to move my site which is standalone html which has became quite large and hard to manage to a Drupal 7.23 CMS System I would like a nice custom design and not a pre-existing template that is suitable for a local information/news site I require a template to be designed incorporating the following features The site currently contains several gallery’s featuring thumbnails which when clicked open to a larger image, featuring Google ads, I require this same sort of mechanism so no light box plugins etc. just a simple way to display them An events calendar for displaying local events and a separate one to show band listings I also have several companies showing business listings and do not want their listings looking all the same so maybe have 5/6 different designs they can choose from for their content? I currently have Google cse (FREE Version on my site) on every page which when a user searches it opens a results page featuring the results I also have a phpbb 3.11 site which would be good to possibly bridge into the joomla system? I plan to add the content myself but it would be great if some of the harder pages can be done by the winning bidder, so I can get used to the way in which Drupal works I also run google adwords so I need a way to display these via drupal also I have advertising spaces on sides of template at the moment so a way to manage these would be ideal I need to main the seo as much as possible so need clean urls e.t.c Thanks very much
