I want an expert on PHP, CSS and HTML to complete my halfway done project which is a small cms based on basic php and MySQL. I am a new developer and it is just my second project. Basically my client wants a website for his company (which I have already built) and a CMS where he will be able to store client details and then later on search for his client details using a Number or a Name. Please note I have already done 60-70% of the CMS but now I want someone expart to review and to complete it. I want the input form to be re-designed according to the guidelines I will provide. I want a login system where people can log in with id password or can register. Overall I want a fully functional back end. I believe this wont take more than 4-5 hours for an expert developer.
