PHP "press review" page with no DB

I need something similar (much more similar to the first one) with these features:
- NO DATABASE (data will be stored in txt files)
- easy to integrate in different templates using includes for menu and for content.
- MULTILANGUAGE: each entry must have title and description in english and italian
- For each entry user can upload up to 10 images; the first one will be shown bigger and in a different position. On click it will open in a lightbox.
- image upload must auto create thumbnail and big image; it is not important the size used in the upload. In a setting page the user will be able to decide thumbnail and big image size and crop method.
Almost all of this is done by the first script, but is not multilanguage, has only tile and not description and can acept one picture for each entry, not 10.
The result must be exactly as in this page:

list on left, light brown area) content in the middle with one picture bigger and the others below the text.
The project is urgent and must be finished in a few days.
