504997 Simple program to edit notepad data 2

I have list of data for clients which contains the following format username|password|ip:port the file is in txt i need a simple program which with single click will replace the special character as below with following option 1. username=password 2. ip:port the 2nd option must remove the username|password| and leave only ip:port without space if you dont understand leave message, i prefer experience programmer can do it quickly, i will pay thru escrow, kindly bid within my budget, this is simple project
