I need a team of PHP/MySQL/AJAX coders to start immediately, and provide a functioning base version we can start using within 2 weeks.
This ordering system will be made up of 3 admin sections. Super Admins, Clients, Users
Super Admins will create and manage Client accounts, and client's users.
Client accounts will create and manage their own user accounts.
User accounts will have permission to use only the modules allowed by the user's settings. Users may or may not have permission to upload files, place orders, see pricing, and update account info. Those permissions will be set by the Client account. Client will also set what User has permission to order, if ordering is allowed.
Client accounts will have full access to their User accounts to place orders, upload files, update account info, and see order history. Client accounts need reporting for all user account order activity as a whole or per User basis.
Super Admins will have full access to all Client accounts, and to their User accounts to add user accounts, place orders, upload files, update account info, and see order history. Super Admins need reporting for all Client account order activity as a whole or per Client or per User basis.
User accounts will be used to place orders. Orders will be sent to Super Admins, and Client. Super Admins will process orders, update order status, and input tracking information. Both Client and User will be updated with this information. Client will pay for Users orders, and may choose to display or not display pricing to their Users. Shipping pricing needs to come from FedEx API
Here [url removed, login to view] is a zip file containing some sketch designs of how we want the system to look and function. We can create more screens if needed. We are also redeveloping a legacy system which we can give access too should we choose you to develop this project. This project is heavily dependent on AJAX for drop down folding menus, and adding to shopping cart. We want as much as possible to happen without reloading or changing pages.
So again, I need at least a base system that will allow Users to start placing orders within 2 weeks. Reporting, order searching, and order history can all be secondary... just save the data for use late.
CLARIFICATION: Bids are for the full project, not just what I need working in 2 weeks.
This is NOT a normal shopping cart for the public. This is for internal corporate use.
EVERYTHING will be done within the 3 admin interfaces; Super Admin, Client Admin, and User Admin. There will be no other outside administration.
Products will be part of Client Admin's account. Client will use an excel style form to enter product specs, and optionally associate the new batch being added or each line/product with a PDF file. The legacy system is very similar. Client Admin will then need to set permissions for which User or Users can order each new product. Additionally Client can modify these settings via product settings, or via User Account settings. Super Admins will need this same ability to add products to Client accounts.
All files (PDF's) will be managed via a file manage as shown in one of the sketches. We need thumbnail images made for each PDF, and displaying thumbnails in the file manager will be an option controlled by Client Admin.
