eBook Sales Page + Cover Needed

I need a custom sales page created for my eBook and also need the eBook to be designed more professionally with custom headers, font, proofread, ect. This should be easy as I have done all the writing and have excellent grammar. The sales page should include testimonials that I will be able to update. I have some software in mind that you might want to check out. eBook will need to be secure and on a 24 hour cookie after they download it so they cannot give the link out to others (something like this to make it secure). Also they should be able to subscribe to a newsletter to get on my e-mail list if they decide not to purchase. Don't want to go on to long about this as I will do that with the winning bidder. Price is a concern here I do not expect this to cost very much but still expect quality and daily updates sent to me. Never used this site before so I will edit if need be.
