Excel Macro with ADO database

I wish to create a database in Access 2000 using Excel VBA. The following are the key requirements:

The macro program must have the following 3 functions:

1. Add completely new records (found in the second row of the worksheets) into the database. Must validate that the records does not exist in the database.

2. Search (either Passport No or Name) and publish the details in the 3 worksheets provided.

3. Amend the details if the records is found in the database.

Another feature is the macro must be able to capture new fields found the worksheets into the Access database. For example, if there is a new field called course code and it is not found in the database, the program must add the new field into the database.

Program must use ADO.

Data to be stored into the Access Database comes from the the worksheets, Participants, Sponsor and Payment.

Data retrieve from the database must go into the data worksheet. If there are more fields in the database, it must be added at the end of the column.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
